    1. “How do I reset my password?”
      To reset password, please click the ‘Forgot Password?’ link on the RA website’s homepage or on the Login page, and it will direct you to the page where you can enter your desired password. You can also contact us via Chat Support to assist you in resetting or changing your password.
    2. “How can I check my account’s expiration date? Can I do it online?”
      Unfortunately, as of the moment, we don’t have an online option for you to check your account’s expiration date. Kindly contact us to check your account’s expiration date and we will be happy to assist.
    3. “How can I update my account’s info? Can I do it online?”
      Unfortunately, as of the moment, we don’t have an online option for updating your account’s info. Kindly contact us to update your account’s info and we will be more than happy to assist you.
    4. “When will be the next Member Training Class?”
      We hold our Member Training Class every 3rd Thursday of the month, at 12 PM via live GotoWebinar. Please refer to our events page to see the next webinar date, or simply click HERE.
